Festival of national traditions", Bouzina - Holiday Boozy" is intended to contribute to a bright event calendar and to expand the boundaries Sagaalgan as a unique tourism product of the city of Ulan-Ude. In 2017, the festival was established outlets and points of public catering, where guests of the festival were able to purchase the products of the participants of the festival at reduced prices. A competition was held for the best costume "Bouse" and its presentation. Participants were awarded cash prizes and diplomas. Also at the national celebration held a competition "the Most delicious buusa-2017". The competition was attended by 5 participants. Also was held the competition "the Best offer Buryat cuisine to the celebration of "Sagaalgan" amongst the cafés and restaurants. Summing up the results of the competition took place at the workshop: within the framework of the development of services and hospitality hosted a seminar "Development of system of professional qualifications in the hospitality industry" for the representatives of the sphere of public catering. Keynote speaker was invited by the President of the Federation of restaurateurs and hoteliers of Russia, Dean of the school of hotel and restaurant business, Institute of industrial management of Ranepa, Chairman of the Board for professional qualifications in the hospitality industry, Public Ombudsman for issues related to elimination of violations of the rights of entrepreneurs in the hospitality industry, a member of the Public chamber of Moscow, member of the Public Council under the Ministry of industry and trade of the Russian Federation, member of the Presidium OPORA RUSSIA, member of coordination Council on development of domestic and inbound tourism in the Russian Federation Igor Bukharov. The seminar highlighted the issues: - national system of professional qualifications in the hospitality industry: goals, objectives, structure and elements; industry frame of qualifications in the hospitality industry; - professional standards and professional qualifications in the hospitality industry; - independent assessment of qualification in the hospitality industry; - inaimogasta business and education.
